R package sparck

Support Package for Analysis, Research, Collaboration and Knowledge

The sparck package has been developed for the R software. Its aim is to provide standardized functions and processes to support work of the UMR and, by extension, its partners. The associated functions cover topics such as data manipulation, data analysis and work environment configuration. Far from the idea of covering all themes or subjects exhaustively, its vocation is really to provide a standard in terms of development in order to improve the transversality of actions and improve the associated links.
